We offer wholesale prices to businesses in the U.S. that resell lucky bamboo. Our minimum per order is $150 USD. To receive our wholesale order form and pricelist, just fill out the form at the bottom of this page and click 'Submit'. We normally respond to wholesale inquiries within 48 hours.
Quality We carry high quality lucky bamboo rated Grade A by the industry. Most of our lucky bamboo comes from professional growers in Taiwan. Using sophisticated growing techniques and fertilizers, Taiwan growers achieve thicker, greener lucky bamboo stalks. Some of our specialty plants are grown in China and Thailand.
Shipping
Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the order. We pack our wholesale orders with great care and will make sure that box dimensions remain as small as possible in order to avoid dimensional weight charges whenever possible. Policies Certain things are beyond our control, and we can not be held responsible for: - Plants left outside in the cold when delivered, or shipments 'disappearing' because of a signature waiver.
- Cutting bamboo shoots - unless we specify that a certain type can/should be cut - please read the care instructions included with your shipment carefully.
- Not adding sufficient water to plants.
- Increasing the plants toxicity or using unfit/excessive plant food.
Exchanges/Replacements
We guarantee your plants will arrive in good condition, or we will exchange them for free. All boxes carry insurance in case of loss or breakage; however, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order or we will not be able to file an insurance claim and subsequently can not make an exchange. The following should also be notified promptly: Shortages/missing items, incorrect items, damage to plants, damage to containers.
Quantities
Lucky bamboo stalks are sold in bundles of 10. Special tied or woven plants such as towers, pyramids, trellises, trees, etc. may be purchased individually. Green Green fertilizer, vases, pots, containers, and accessories are also available in varying quantities.
